Domestic Shipping
- Customer orders are a flat rate of $9.95 Under 5kg Australia Wide for metro areas only*
- Customer orders are a flat rate of $14.95 Under 5kg Australia Wide for regional & rural areas*
- Due to increasing freight charges, parcels over 5kg in weight will incur a $14.95 for metro areas, & for rural / regional areas $19.95*
- Unlock free flat rate shipping Australia Wide for orders valuing $125+
- Flat rate shipping does not cover high volume items like packaging and raw materials such as coconut oil
- The customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges that may occur due to failed delivery attempt or wrong information given
- King of Suds uses recycled materials to pack orders to help minimise environmental impact. Outdated newspapers, reused boxes & recycled satchels are some examples
- King of Suds now ships to PO boxes for small & medium parcels
- Bulky items are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping
International Shipping
King of Suds now offers International postage for bar soaps only (excludes soap bags and clearance soaps). Other products will be hidden to avoid purchasing items that cannot be shipped to your location. King of Suds ships to the following location(s);
- New Zealand
- 1kg shipment is $13.90, 2kg is $19.40 and so on

Shipping will be calculated on checkout, international orders are not eligible for flat rate shipping. Prices subject to change without notice, depending on Location / or changes in price, the difference will become payable before shipment, be sure to check e-mail regularly for updates. Only bar soaps are available for international shipping due to weight, pricing and customs requirement. Shipping materials such as boxes, packing materials etc. weighs approximately 150g to ensure there is no damage to your soap bars
Shipping time varies between 6-28 days. All orders shipped are tracked and insured for & marked as "Authority to Leave" unless otherwise requested, relevant information will also be provided. Insurance covers loss & damage during transit only and not missing parcels after delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to request & purchase signature on delivery in cart before checkout. King of Suds will do it's best to minimise or eliminate extra duty charges, however if any should be made payable it is the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct, it is the buyer's responsibility for any additional costs associated with shipping issues due to wrong information given
