Shipping policy

King of Suds uses Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, Australia Post as it's domestic shipping service providers & the use of Interparcel Platform. Live shipping calculator is active for soap bars, otherwise the following shipping & handling fees & charges apply;

• Customer orders are a flat rate of $9.95 under 5kg and $11.95 over 5kg Australia Wide
• Unlock free flat rate shipping Australia Wide for orders valuing $99+
• Bulky & custom items are not eligible for flat rate or free shipping and these will be excluded and calculated accordingly at checkout
• The customer is responsible for any re-delivery charges that may occur due to failed delivery attempt or wrong information given
• King of Suds uses recycled materials to pack orders to help minimise environmental impact. Outdated newspapers, reused boxes & recycled satchels are some examples
• King of Suds now ships to PO boxes

All orders shipped are tracked and insured & marked as "Authority to Leave" unless otherwise requested, relevant information will also be provided. Insurance covers loss & damage during transit only and not missing parcels after delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to request & purchase signature on delivery in cart before checkout.
